Yesterday started out with me making Stu follow me around as I did yoga poses all over Midigama. Many of you, my friends and family and travel partners, have been subjected to this job-- and I want to thank each and every one of you. It's totally obnoxious, I know. But they make for an amazing yoga album for all of my travels. If you're on Facebook, take a second to "like" my Satya Yoga with Cailin Callahan page. Namaste and Bahomastutee!
