Apparently yoga on the beach is super awesome. So now I will be teaching TUESDAY and SUNDAY on 41st street beach from 7-8am in Ocean City. It's $10, (don't wear your bathing suit...yoga clothes please) and bring a yoga mat or towel. Namaste!
