This has been my home the past few days in Sri Lanka. The home is one of Gillys friends, an older couple who were spending a bit of time at their other home in Australia. We move out tomorrow and into Gillys little house further down the road in Galle (pronounced "gawl" by tourists but "gaar-le" by locals). We both agreed that we are going to miss this charming house that is bursting with personality, along with the swimming pool and über-private location. I started off my trip in the lap of luxury, that's for sure.
