I'm super excited to be subbing a class at YOGA BOUND in Carlsbad tomorrow evening! I hung out with the owner, Alana Bray Barrey today, and she rocked my world. We talked about yoga (obviously), fermented foods and broth, and the trials of navigating India! I felt super comfortable in her presence, and she's the surely the "real deal". I'm going to take her yoga therapy class at 11:30am and then will be teaching at 5:30pm! I hope to see you!
