Mom and I enjoyed a full *free* day at the Wanderlust yoga festival in LA. We stayed for all three classes, and I got to study with some world-class teachers. Mark Whitwell, Katie Brauer, Kia Miller and Shiva Rea were the highlights. But DJ Drez was certainly the heart of the operation. His music fueled all of the classes and the movement throughout the day. Legendary. I think that the most magical moment was witnessing Shiva Rea in the flesh for the first time ever. Just being in her presence (along with nearly a thousand others), I couldn't help but to cry. She's the real deal. What a day.
