Had an awesome class with Lauren Duke this afternoon, followed up by delicious food and wonderful conversations with my love Gray Richards. We just picked "goddess guidance oracle cards" and I got DANA: "You have Divine knowledge that can help others through your spiritual teachings". Feeling super excited to be covering Lauren's classes @ Yoga at Bergamot when she's away! Mark your calendars and come play with me!!
