Beach Yoga Bliss

Now that I'm not waitressing, I have really been enjoying beach yoga. I get to bed (relatively) on time so I totally welcome and love my early mornings along the seaside. Here's a shot of the sand, after a crazy moon tide, as well as a shot of Stef doing her Instagram #yogagangster day 24 pose....
