Tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes. I love them. Especially fresh-from-the-vine, still-warm-from-the-sun, home-grown Cherry Tomatoes! MmMmMm! Headed out yesterday and in 30 minutes picked this bin of yumminess. The plum and cherry's are doing great, but our big tomatoes are getting eaten by worms. Oh well, atleast they haven't gotten to our cherries!
Cherry tomatoes are... Fat free, saturated fat free, cholesterol free, low in sodium, an excellent source of vitamins A and C and a good source of vitamin K and potassium.
My favorite way to enjoy them... in vegetable curries, salads, and just plain!
