1 can of artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup flat leaf parsley
Small handful of spinach
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 small lemon, and a touch of lemon zest
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup EVOO
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Blend in the food processor. BOOM. Serve on toasted baguette slices.
