Bah!! Been SO in love with Yin Yoga lately. For those of you unfamiliar with this epic yoga style it's a form of yoga when you hold postures for extended periods of time (2-5minutes) and therefore you're affecting your joints and connective tissue. Instead of engaging your muscles, you sink down and release. My Wednesday morning classes have evolved into YIN classes, and everyone seems super stoked about it. I just got two new books that I can't wait to tear into!!
